By The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has advanced its investigation into Gensol Engineering and BluSmart, referring the matter to its disciplinary committee for further review and possible action. The Financial Reporting Review Board (FRRB), a key arm of ICAI, has completed its detailed assessment of the companies’ financial statements, focusing on potential financial irregularities and concerns over the diversion of funds.
